Why
I became a designer:
My journey into design stems from watching my family navigate life's complexities as immigrants. As the eldest daughter and first-generation student, I became their translator, not just of languages, but of systems and technologies designed without people like them in mind.
These experiences ignited my passion for creating approachable and accessible experiences. I learned that great design isn't just about aesthetics—it's about making life more manageable for real people facing real challenges. Today, I design to craft inclusive, intuitive solutions for everyone.
How
I became a designer:
At UCR, I earned my business degree and honed my strategic and analytical skills to solve business problems. Along the way, I discovered a passion for creating customer experiences that feel intuitive and human while working in marketing. This ultimately led me to the world of user experience.
Today, I combine my business expertise with design and writing to align company goals with customer-focused solutions. My aim is to craft innovative, empathetic designs that empower users, help them overcome challenges, and deliver measurable impact. I make every detail count and every decision impactful.
